WHAT WE GROW

We start in February with seedlings and cold crops. By December, we end with fresh produce from the greenhouse and items stored in the Root Cellar from the fall harvest. Throughout the season, we will harvest around 50 varieties of crops.

What we grow changes throughout the season

Every crop has it's own needs and amount of time to grow.
