Purple Pepper Farms was founded as a vertical hydroponic and diversified produce operation. Located in Lake Winola, we started the farm in 2012 to include the production of vegetables and a greenhouse business.

 

Since then, we have joined several farmers markets in the Northeastern PA area and began wholesale to a selection of restaurants.

 

In the spring of 2016, we opened our deli in Scranton to offer great food at a fair price. Also, to give our family of farmers another outlet to sell the goods throughout the year.

 

We are proud to be offering shares in our Community Supported Agriculture program (CSA). We feel that it’s important to sell directly to our customers as much as possible and to insure proper handling of the best quality product for your family to enjoy.
